Hand blown in the Cotswolds by local craftsmen. These tumblers are blown in crystal glass using techniques passed down over 2000 years. The tumblers are plunged into ice cold water halfway through the making process. The shock of going from over 1000 degrees into the water cracks the outside surface of the glass to form the crackle effect. The glasses then continue to be reheated in order to finish them which softens the surface.
